We can't decide whether Miley Cyrus' gold getup is inspired by the '70s, '80s or '90s, but it's wild enough to be an original for decades to come. It's nice to finally see the "Wrecking Ball" singer wearing pants, even if it means we're back to the cropped top obsession.
Chrissy Teigen marks the end of 2013 in a sophisticated black cocktail dress. We're obsessed with the gold piping detail throughout the look, and appreciate the bit of edge thanks to the plunging neckline. But her best accessory of all is hubby John Legend.
