The Skinny Dipping World Record Has Been Broken--and You Have to See the NSFW Pictures!

Have you heard the one about what happens when
700+ Kiwis go skinny dipping together?
It's not the set-up for a joke. It's a (unofficial)
world record, set by New Zealand radio station,
The Edge, on New Year's Eve. The previous record
was set by 729 skinny dippers in Spain and,
though they hoped to get over 1,000 people, The
Edge still managed to break the record with 745
nudie swimmers.
"If you've ever wanted to skinny dip then this is the
best opportunity to give it a go," The Edge said
before the event. "There's going to be plenty of
bare flesh to blend in to. Like they say if you've
seen one you've seen them all."
And now we've seen 745.
Prior to this latest attempt, 729 skinny dippers
set the current official Guinness World Record at
Playa El Playazo beach in Spain on July 21, 2013.
This was only a few months after Gisborne, N.Z.
set a new record with 506 dippers.
Apparently it's a popular record to break.
The Edge is waiting to hear from Guinness officials
if the prestigious honor will officially return to
Gisborne. The spectacle was also part of New
Zealand's Rhythm and Vines Summer Festival.
"The team at The Edge are so excited to have finally
broken the record for the largest skinny dip! I
couldn't believe there were so many people willing
to get their kit off," Dena Roberts of The Edge
exclaimed.
"The image of 745 naked people in the ocean is
something I definitely won't be forgetting for a
while."
We won't either! Look at all those pale butts!
Soooooooo, who has 800 friends who want to go
skinny dipping? Let's re-break this record!
