Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain that WhatsApp which was bought by Facebook last week
for $19 billion is set to add voice calling within few months in a bid to take on phone firms.
Jan Koum said, 'We are going to introduce voice in
WhatsApp in the second quarter of this year..I think
we have the best voice product out there. We use the
least amount of bandwidth.'
