High on Meow Meow Student Stabbed His Mother and Sliced Off His Own Penis

Talk about a bad high, an unnamed 19 year old student high on party drug mephedrone, also known as Meow Meow stabbed his own mother and then proceeded to cut off his own penis before hanging himself out of his bedroom window. Found with blood gushing from his groin hanging outside his bedroom window by emergency services who were called by the mother the teenager was taken to hospital for treatment along with his injured mother.
